Gali Gopuram-Jai Hanuman Statue

                                                             Gali Gopuram

 Devotees going to Tirumala on foot get tired and take rest under the Gali Gopuram built at height of thousand feet. It is called Gali Gopura because there is a statue of Kali Devi here. The cold air that always blows here soothes the devotees.The name on the front of the Gopuram and the conch and wheels on both sides are decorated with electric bulbs and illuminated through out the right .this sight can seen up to distance of six kilometers near Tirupathi

This is the sight of Hanuman ,the messenger of Sri Rama ,thirty feet in height ,standing with folded arms to preserve the devotees who come to Tirumala and return either by vehicles or on foot


                                                               Nadavazai Gopuram 

Devotees going on foot from Adivara to Tirumala via Gali Gopuram climb up the hill through the towe called `MUZHANKAL MUDICHU`.After relaxing under this tower and after seeing the Chandragiri sight in the north form here the devotees proceed.

                                                                 Deer Park 

This deer park is a center for protecting harmless creatures .Thousands of deer are kept here. It is near Jai Hanuman Sila

                                        The Sight of Tirupathi from the 54th Curve

 

 

 This is the sight of Tirupathi,the devotees coming down from Tirumala by vehicles can see from the last curve.There are two beautiful tar roads from Tirupathi to Tirumala one with twenty four curves to climb down the hill.In order to avoid accidents on the ghat roads with so many curves private tourist busses are not permitted to ply.there is parking facility for such busses at Alipiri Bus Stand at the bottom of the hill

                                                            Sri Maha Ganapathi

This is the temple of Vazhinada Ganapathi who blesses the devotees coming down the hill by vehicles from Tirumala .We can see this Ganapathi at the second kilometer  after the fifty fourth curve .Here rituals are offered to small idlo of Ganapathi carved in rock on the natural hill. Those who pass by this place by vehicles halt their vehicles for a minute,bow down to Ganapathi and then climb down
